imgp9755_800SS3 has finished. Here we publish the provisional unofficial results and some comments and quotes from the service park.

Alexey Denisov/Dmitriy Kozhukhov (№219, G-Force Motorsport) - The rear sway bar ripped off, both rear dampers are finished. The car's behavior was unstable and it was the reason for slowing down.

Andrey Birykov/Dmitriy Kniga (№212) - At the start of SS3 there was an oil leak from the transmission Seems like the rear axle is broken. The car doesn't move - retirement.

Alexander Mironenko/Sergey Lebedev (№209) - 15 km after the start of SS3 they badly landed after a jump - the rear right tyre was punctured, time lost for changing the wheel.

Ruslan Misikov (co-driver Sergey Talantsev, №200): "The route is easy to remember from 2007, but back in there it was very slippery and we drove cautiously, whereas now we are much more agressive and our maximum speed was about 169 km/h".

imgp9720_800Konstantin Mescheryakov (driver - Konstantin Zhil'tsov, №205): "On the first passage (SS2) we performed a two-wheeley in about 20 kilometres from the start, but somehow managed to stay on the road. SS3 brought no accidents and we drove it at better pace".

Konstantin Zhil'tsov "I'm satisfied that we're driving after the superproduction vehicles - so there's no dust ahead. Only was there some on SS2 - probably Biryukov was changing a wheel".

Yuriy Borovikov (co-driver Vladimir Rogozhin, №207): "Third gear is finished, now trying to repair it. Otherwise everything's fine". They were 6 minutes late at a TC (service out), however they managed to replace the gearbox.

Alexander Oleinikov (co-driver Alexey Kuzmitch, №202, G-Force Motorsport) - 40 kilometres into the stage stopped to change a wheel, and 50 kilometres before the finish missed a junction and followed a timber road. Exceeded the maximum allowed time by 0:01:39. Retirement.

imgp9747_800Ruslan Furundzhi/Maxim Ivanov (№215). Unfortunately, they went off the road in the same place where many others did (seems like a mistake in the road book) and damaged a driveshaft as a cosequence. Retirement.

Ilya Kuznetsov (co-driver Andrey Neshin, №201): "It's our first appearance after an accident and the car's rebuild. I'm not quite satisfied. Turbo pressure is lower than it should be and the engine loses power. We're not gonna give up though".

Andrey Zhigunov (co-driver Igor Ter-Oganes'yats, №214): "Funny! In places it's similar to rallying, but I'm not used to driving without pacenotes. It's especially difficult in hairpins, when you can't understand what is ahead of you"...
